Sales and Payment
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing description, condition notes, and any additional information provided.

Payment is due in full at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, wire transfer, and ACH. For high-value transactions, wire or ACH is preferred. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Condition and Description
We describe each piece honestly and to the best of our knowledge, including condition issues, restorations, and any uncertainty in attribution or dating. Condition is consistent with age unless otherwise noted. Photographs are part of the listing and should be reviewed carefully.

Shipping and Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment. We pack carefully and insure shipments where possible, but we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit once a piece has left our hands. Claims for transit damage must be made promptly with the carrier.

Authenticity
We stand behind our attributions. In the rare event that a piece is demonstrated to be materially and fundamentally misrepresented — not merely a difference of opinion or scholarly perspective — we will work with the buyer in good faith.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York.
